The following is Theatre Collingwood’s privacy and security policy; we are committed protecting our patron’s and member’s privacy, maintaining the confidentiality of their personal information and complying with the Canadian Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act. You can visit the Theatre Collingwood web site without registering or providing any personal information. We do not automatically gather personal information from you, such as your name, phone number, e-mail or address and we do not permanently store cookies (small files with a unique personal code) on your computer.
If you wish to purchase theatre tickets, we do require some personal information, such as your name, address, e-mail address, and credit card information in order to process your order. You may also provide us with personal information through donations, memberships, and other forms of communication. We will use this personal information to:
- Process your order.
- Provide you with new information, services or special promotions offered by or about Theatre Collingwood and its productions. (You may request that we not send such information to you, at any time.)
- Collect general statistics and aggregate reports for internal use and for sharing with advertisers, sponsors, providers, sub-contractors, and associated companies. (These statistics and reports will not contain any personally identifiable information. Your identity is kept anonymous.)
We do not give, rent or sell our patron list to any organization or individual.
